What AI does here, and what it does not
AI is used for research, structuring, decision support and knowledge processing. It does not make the operating, legal, investment or market-entry decision for you.
Model output is a candidate signal. Anything without a source, or that cannot be cross-checked, does not become a stated fact. That rule is applied to this site first: every factual statement here carries an evidence level and a disclosure policy, and can be checked one by one.
Generating a report quickly is not the same as advisory quality. A prototype is not a stable product; only capability that has passed real acceptance becomes an external commitment.

- Model output is a candidate signal. Anything without a source, or that cannot be cross-checked, does not become a stated fact.[public]
- Whether the problem was framed correctly, whether the sources hold, what is fact versus inference, and whether a recommendation fits you, all remain human responsibilities.[public]
- The base is operations and consulting. AI systems are an evidence layer that strengthens judgement, not the story this practice tells about itself.[public]
